I attend the kickboxing sessions every Thursday. You really feel the burn and at points you feel like your ready to drop but you have a great support from both the instructor and the rest of the group. The exercise varies between doing mainly kickboxing and cardio sessions. It's brilliant I would definitely recommend it if you enjoy being pushed in a very fun and motivated environment!

I Joined kickboxing Slough around a month ago with my husband and we absolutely love it! It's great that we can work out together and enjoy it! The workout is amazing and I've managed to loose half a stone since starting, and my muscles feel more toned already! Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to raise their fitness level, loose weight, tone up, and learn the technique of kick boxing.

My son and I do taekwondo a bit of father and son time, it's really good for building your confidence and self discipline, also good for self defense, I took up kick boxing and got the wife to join to, yes wife and me time, lol good for stamina weight loss and toning, also self defense, classes are hard but good results at the end of it, I would really recommend taking it up if you want to do one of the above or all 4, the teacher is great, students are a good bunch, it's friendly fun and good results at the end, X x

I attend kick boxing every Thursday since Christmas and really enjoy it.They put you through your paces and sometimes I'm at breaking point but it's worth it can definitely feel it working !

I am an assistant trainee instructor at fsma. I love doing and learning taekwondo with the kids and myself. I love the kickboxing side too as this gives me even more confidence and extra training for myself and is a great way to keep fit and also have a great time with some great people.
