We run our classes with three aims in mind. Everyone should leave smiling, sweating and more skilled.

TaeKwon-Do is a Korean martial art, characterised by its emphasis on kicking.

Our classes blend a mixture of TaeKwon-Do techniques/skills and high-power exercise routines that strengthen the body and mind, decrease stress and hone reflexes while increasing endurance and cardiovascular power.
